About this prototype & limitations

Snack products are sorted into Drinks or Snacks with optional owner-uploaded pictures. Workers can hold drinks/snacks with a customer or Post note and mark each item paid separately. Stock decreases on hold (when handed over); payment is recorded only when marked paid. Paid-now sales reduce stock at payment. Unpaid holds remain visible after the daily worker-history reset. Owner worker collections report adds PlayStation payments and snack sales per logged shift. Worker attendance logs sign-in/sign-out timestamps and estimates app activity using a 5-minute idle cutoff while the page is visible. This is not proof of physical attendance or paid work hours. This HTML is a local prototype: demo worker logins do not securely restrict devices or protect data; it does not synchronize devices or remotely control PlayStation power. The separate Turn Off control provides staff instructions and a manual confirmation only. PlayStation payments are recorded at the start or after stopping, never during an active session. Daily worker payment histories refresh at 06:00 Morocco time; records stay for the owner. Download Google Sheets-compatible monthly revenue, costs, and estimated profit reports from Owner reports and import into Google Sheets for free; old data remains in this browser. Charts are weekly. Keep backup copies. Prices use whole 5 MAD increments.
